Hello from MiniSoftMarket
Why we're building a small shop for small Windows software in 2026.
Why bother making desktop apps in 2026?
The web has swallowed a lot of things — but not everything. Reading a 40-page report, compressing a shoot's worth of photos, wrangling a stack of invoices into one PDF: these are all things that feel wrong in a browser tab. They're slow, they cost you privacy, and they lock your files inside someone else's cloud.
We think there's still a place for small, focused, native Windows apps that live on your desktop, respect your files, and get out of the way.
What you'll find here
The catalogue is small on purpose. Two apps at launch:
- ShrinkIt — batch-compress images and PDFs on your PC
- PdfMerger — merge PDFs offline, with page ranges and reorder
Every app comes with a free trial, a lifetime license, and a real person on the other end of the support email.
What's next
We're already working on a third utility — a lightweight file renamer with real regex. If you have ideas for tiny tools we should build, drop us a line at hello@minisoftmarket.example.
